A charming period lounge room with impressive high ceilings, bay windows, an 1894 Pedal Organ and a Coonara wood fireplace is available plus study and pantry. Although Health department regulations dictate that pets are not permitted in the house, the fully fenced rear yard does lend itself to short term accommodation of pets.
